VST ceiling elements are produced at a quality-controlled and supervised production facility. The basic element employed here is a high-quality, cement-bonded particle board (fire behaviour class: A2-s1, d0) with a perfect surface. A hat-profile element is mounted on the board. The ceiling element has a total thickness of 75 mm, regardless of the static concrete slab's thickness.

  • Maximum weight: Approx. 38 kg/m² without reinforcement
  • Approx. 490 m² of ceiling are available per transport batch

Combinable with all VST permanent formwork elements.
Fringe boards as part of the VST system or supplied by the customer; linkage to thermal separators possible (Isokorb insulated cage).
Production complies with environmental standards and is certified according to ISO 14001. Certified management systems as per ISO 9001 serve as guidelines for the design offices' activities.
