Preamble
Our paradigm sets out the objectives and principles which determine how VPG Verbundsysteme GmbH pursues its various activities.
The paradigm takes into account in-house processes and existing laws, besides bearing ethical principles in mind. It also serves as a reference for affiliated companies and partners.
All staff are personally encouraged to observe our paradigm and actively cooperate in its implementation and ongoing advancement.

Our philosophy describes our mandate. At the same time it, deals with the real meaning of our work and sets the tone for all our strategies and actions.

It encompasses the following goals:

1. Technically and economically optimal implementation of our projects - oriented to the scientific state-of-the-art in cooperation with all employees.
2. Comprehensive support for our customers in all project phases. This is characterized by professionalism, accountability and ethical behaviour - the codes of our trade and partnership.
3. Communication in a tolerant, open atmosphere, geared toward the customer and their entire project environment, all employees of VPG Verbundsysteme GmbH amongst each other, as well as the VST Group in its external cooperation and representation.
4. A collaborative style of leadership by all superiors, characterized by mutual respect and objective discourse.
5. Attention to profitability, implying a responsible use of available resources. The first priority is nonetheless given to individual decisions for projects and customers on the basis of technical and ethical guidelines.
6. Continuous education, further training and development for staff. Their skills and knowledge are promoted individually on a regular basis with the available resources.
7. Respect for the environment. All decisions account for economic as well as ecological effects.
8. A management system oriented to DIN EN ISO 9001 (quality management systems). This customer-focused system of internal quality assurance is accompanied by external measures serving as a basis for comparison to enable continual improvements to quality.
