Several further R & D projects were completed in the year of 2010.

One outstanding achievement was fire resistance classification of REI 120 for the VST wall with a total thickness of 175 mm (127 mm concrete core).

Also obtained was fire safety approval for the VST thermal wall whose thermal insulation is inlaid inside the concrete core at the factory in response to popular demand by customers.
