This housing project was realized near an existent clinic (northern Europe's largest for emergency cases) in Stockholm.

Four blocks connected by corridors were built here.
The project is characterized by complex floor plans, a hillside location, extremely difficult subsoil conditions and restricted space.

The building comprises 8 storeys, the basement levels serving partly as underground garages.

During the construction phase, the proximity of the clinic required special consideration (in terms of exposure to vibrations, etc.).
