This project was realized as part of a general contracting service in the Thuringian capital of Erfurt.

A retirement and nursing home with an annex as well as two multiple dwellings with 28 apartments were constructed in about 35 weeks jointly with a consortium partner.

With state-of-the-art furnishings, the building offers space for 153 nursing care places in 97 rooms.
