Constructed in Stockholm's Liljeholmen district, this building was the VST Group's first major project in Sweden.
Due to unfavourable subsoil conditions, this building is borne entirely on piles.

The ground floor comprises a mixture of 10 business and / or catering premises as well as apartments.
The 6 upper storeys are used exclusively as residential spaces. A total of 137 apartments are available in this building. The basement is used as an underground garage.


An inviting courtyard encourages communication among residents.
