Situated above ground right on Timmendorf beach, one of the most beautiful Baltic beaches, the shell was created using the VST system.
The wings stretch forward toward the beach, an artificial dune extending as far as the courtyard.
Special building circumstances here included difficult subsoil conditions and the basement whose design was to incorporate traditional, in-situ concrete.
Starting at the upper edge of the floor above the basement level, the entire shell was built in a record time of 3½ months.
