Vienna's 19th municipal district saw the erection of a commercial and office building linked via a bridge over the Heiligenstädter road with the Döbling private clinic.

The building has a floor space of approximately 7,200 m² and two basement levels with 115 parking spaces.

The building contains a large kitchen with a restaurant, two surgery rooms, therapy rooms and offices (e.g. for the University of Economics).

Variable spatial partitioning permits the building to be adapted to individual requirements.
