VST elements are produced at a quality-controlled and supervised production facility. The basic element employed here is a high-quality, cement-bonded particle board (fire behaviour class: A2-s1, d0) with a perfect surface. The board can be machined by means of conventional, hand-held construction tools. Production complies with environmental standards and is certified according to ISO 14001. Certified management systems as per ISO 9001 serve as guidelines for the design offices' activities. VST components receive all the necessary furnishings and are delivered to the construction site in correct size, together with all shuttering etc.

Additional provisions for shuttering etc. at the construction site are not necessary, as they are covered by the VST system. All elements can be produced; surcharges for small areas do not apply here. Similarly, no minimum sizes have been specified for elements. Conventional assembly tools and small items (screws, sealants, etc.) must be submitted by the customer.
