Walls:
Manufacture according to European Technical Approval, ETAG 009, upright installation (CE symbol issued by OIB under ETA-07/0039). Can be combined with any manufacturer's ceiling slabs (details on request).

The wall surface is calculated assuming the largest outer dimensions for the wall element (circumscribed rectangle).

In the case of exterior walls, the outer shell can be finished up to the ceiling's upper edge - this eliminates the need for the fringe boards (if the maximum load space dimensions are adhered to).

Reinforcements (supplied by the factory) in accordance with the steel bending schedule.

Concrete and fitted reinforcements supplied by the customer (scc concrete - according to the structural engineer's specifications).

Accessories, fittings and special parts according to the product list.

Maximum weight: 70 kg/m² without reinforcement and built-in parts; (height up to 2.90 m - otherwise horizontal transport; length up to 6.25 m or 7.50 m); including suspension for sling gear (to be supplied by the customer).
 

Slabs:
The necessary formwork is taken into account with the underlying walls, or settled as a separate formwork item.

Hat profiles according to VST state-of-the-art.

Reinforcing steel; concrete to be supplied by the customer (free-flowing concrete – as specified by the structural engineer).

Accessories, fittings and special parts according to the product list.
Maximum weight: 38 kg/m² without reinforcement.
 

Beams, Columns:
Reinforcements in accordance with the steel list invoice; allowance for reinforcing steel and concrete supplied by the customer (according to the structural engineer's specifications); removable formwork on request (modified production process).

Accessories, fittings and special parts according to the product list.
 

Stairs:
VST stairs are constructed in accordance with manufacturing specifications.
In the case of STB prefabricated stairs: Provision by the client or as per agreement.
 

Factory fitting of electric sockets:
Details as per agreement.
E-planning is not included; consequently, plotting of sockets in production drawings will be invoiced. Material provision as per agreement.

Only unit prices are binding for the quotation; masses refer to the current plan as submitted to us. Invoicing is based on actual masses (determined from the design plans) or expenses calculated from correct and agreed underlying prices.
