VST permanent formwork elements are delivered on semi--trailer trucks or by rail.

The elements are loaded at the VST factory and secured. Special transport frames are used for this purpose. These secure the loads during transport, and facilitate unloading on-location.

Transport capacity:

Walls:
D=17,5 and 20cm - Approx. 190 m² / transport
D=23 und 25 cm - Approx. 180 m² / transport
D=30cm - Approx. 160 m² / transport

Curved walls etc. upon request

Ceiling elements - Approx. 490 m² / transport

Pitched walls (2-shell walls) - Approx. 150 m² / transport

Beams, columns - Approx. 170 m / transport

Transports are allocated on-location in agreement with the site management. Efforts are made to maximize utilization of transport capacities.

Reinforcements and (small amounts of) ceiling formwork are not to be taken into account.
It is also possible to pick up the elements directly from the factory (own arrangements).
Transport racks are to be returned to the factory.
